The Design Process
After receiving your drawings (you can send them by fax, scan/e-mail, or post) we will give you a call, if we haven’t spoken with you already, to discuss your specific requirements and budget, and clarify any issues raised by the drawings. Then, a member of our design team, led by James Mayor, will design your furniture and prepare drawings in plan view, showing how the pieces sit within the room, as well as providing hand drawn elevations showing the style of each piece.
We will then prepare a quotation for the job, including fitting and decorating if required. (Fitting or decorating costs will be forwarded to you separately by our contractors.) We aim to have a design prepared for you within 14 days, often sooner, and will contact you once you receive it to get your feedback.
